Masseria Lella, built in the main building in 1720 (by Leonardo Antonio Casavola, bequeathed to Ambrogio Lella and his heirs who still possess), which houses the bed and breakfast "la bianca d’Itria", is a typical "masseria mixed" of Murgia Country, dated on  the first half of the 18th century, situated in the heart of Itria Valley: one of the areas of major tourist attraction and one of Puglia's most beautiful landscapes, beautiful karts, an expanse of green with typical rural and ancient constructions, conical trulli, white farms, factories of some ancient blades and dry-stone walls that encircle the various vineyards.

The complex is spread with plots of land cultivated with cereals, herbage, Orchard; the masseria was devoted also to caws and horses. Currently the complex, which includes the trulli of bed and breakfast, extends for approximately 6 hectares including a thick and shadowy Woods of oaks, a characteristic Eighteenth-century garden with stone columns surrounding the different panes to Orchard areas, a chapel of the early 1800s dedicated to our Lady of the Rosary where Holy Mass is celebrated in some periods of the year, arable crops and orchards scattered with trulli whose function was to stables for horses and oxen, the monumental oak trees around the ‘aia’, in stone material, where is beat wheat after the harvest.

The Farmhouse retains, though simple architectural partition of white facade of the main building, decorative elements that recall the constructive tradition of the place, where in stone façades, with white lime, emerge, carved in tender local stone moldings of openings shelves, balconies, cornices and enrichments of crowning, angular, whose rosy patina indicates the elapsed time and gives them historical value.

On the wall of the attic of the crowning of narrow embrasures testify to the facade remain between the late 1700s and early 1800s elements of defensive architecture together with the presence of a large forecourt, allowed on long trajectory of spotting potential Raiders, whether they are brigands and thieves, constant danger of farms in  periods still unsafe
